The Microsoft bogus lottery is back once again. It is the usual advanced fees scam where the Bottom feeders ask for fees in advance prior to sending you your “winnings”. Guess what, you send along some money to cover costs required prior to the release of your prize and you never hear from them again. You got scammed!

  2. gariell says:

You got it right, it is not meant as an insult just a polite way of describing the poor souls that get taken in by said bottom feeders.
