I must say that this is probably the ultimate in scum from the bottom feeders I have seen recently,not only is the bottom feeder trying to scam me, but he is offering to deliver the “proceeds” in person. As if I wanted the scum bag to show up at my door!

As previous posts have reported United Kingdom Scam and The Peter Taylor Scam among others; the usual signs of a scam are all present.
The most evident being the addressed to “undisclosed-recipients” and the odd spelling mistake
“forword”.

Another spoofing site aimed at PayPal. Do not respond. This is an attempt to steal your identity.
Sites of this nature are well documented on the PayPal site.

This is one more example to add to the endless list of Yahoo lottery scams. The fact is that Yahoo does not have any lotteries and has never held any such promotions.
