Good grief as if a giant oil company was handing out cash? Give me a break, no imagination these scammers. This is about as likely to happen as a snowball in Hell! What is it this time? Maybe some taxes to be paid in advance or lawyers fees; perhaps they would like to have my banking info to make the transfer?

Shame on you bottom feeder.
