Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL) Scam

These schemes have been around for at least 20 years, someone must respond and get scammed out of their hard earned money. As in previous posts, this is yet another example of a 419 Nigerian scam involving advanced fees.

  1. Very good site. Thank you!!!

  2. Thank you I got all of the information I needed. Although is there any way to report these people to authorities.
I receive at least 1 per week. Getting tired of the B.S.

  3. Incredible. Thanks

  4. Howard,

We will be posting some of the various resources available to report scams to the authorities shortly. We are presently exploring and evaluating these resources. Thanks for your patients.

  5. I´m receiving a lot of this letters almosts every day,and I´m tired of the situation.Mybe there are a low,who punish these people, because everybody knows who are they.
    Thanks for the advise.
    Antoieta

  6. I am tired of these things as well. It would seem a simple thing to ping the address from where these emails are coming and shut them down one at a time, as they come up. It is fraud plain and simple, so one would think that these people would be prosecuted for their theft!

  7. Tony and Antonieta,

I only wish that there was an easy way to rid the net of these bottom feeders, unfortunately, there isn’t. These are frauds carried out on an international level and bringing fraudsters to justice can be a lengthy and at times frustrating experience. The real solution involves education and exposure. That being the main reason of this web site. If everyone just flushed these Emails and ignored the scammers, they would be out of a “job”.
Thanks for your comments people and don’t be shy with the delete button.

  8. I got the most recent of many notices today about a xmas jackpot lotto and I could claim my 2.49m.
This Smith Walker is the same asshole from the other 911 scams.
I usually send them a very detailed vulgar reply and it stops for a few months.

  9. Robert,

Understand how receiving garbage like this can be a pain, however, any response to these scum bags is not recommended. Any type of response only acknowledges their existence. If everyone ignored their spam they would be out of a “job”.
