Max Response Employment Software Scam
As explained in previous posts; here is yet another fine example of a poor quality email offering an employment opportunity, spelling errors included. Again, all tell tale signs of a scam are present.
Notice that the message is addressed to Undisclosed-recepients and the response email address is to a public free Yahoo mailbox. If you receive this email or a similar one flush it!

I have been sent the same kind of email.
Similar spam from Max Response Employment seems to arrive in waves. Spammers tend to slack off when their schemes begin to become too wide spread and noticeable. Look forward to seeing similar versions shortly. Always the same reaction, Flush them!

I am sitting here with unsolicited Walmart Moneygrams sent by overnight UPS and don’t know what to do. I am afraid to go to Walmart with them, lest they be fake. I know nothing about any of this and did not even apply for a job.

I knew immediately that this email was a scam, but, could someone please explain how this particular scam works?
I’m assuming that they just get you to do a bit of work for them and then just never pay you. Am I correct in this assumption?

You can equip yourself with a good Spam filter but even at that some will always slip through. If everyone would simply ignore and delete these scams, the bottom feeders would be out of a “job”.

Thanks for posting this information about these scammers. They’ve changed their Free Public Email Account to gmail and the name of the contact person has changed.
I have heard from Sheri Wood via a money order exchange scam 2 years ago. Fake money orders sent to USA resident to be cashed. They allow the USA contact person to keep a *fee for themselves then have the remainder sent to them via Western Union.

Kudos! If you got a check and sent it back, then you’ve saved yourself. But that also means you sent your contact information-your home address. Not a good thing.
I just got my first email from them and they are using HotMail now not Yahoo.
Being an affiliate of a few software and making a little ‘honest money” I would like to know how this scam works. I almost sent the infor they requested but felt I should research them …and I’m glad now that I did.

I just received one of the Max Response employment letters as well. The odd thing is that I had actually been applying online to some legitimate ‘work from home’ employment agencies lol… that have real websites and company email addresses as opposed to a gmail, yahoo, hotmail and such.. and ask for a resume…
Well, just thought I’d share… Also, this is the email address that was in the ‘from’ field : “nhchan@tm.net.my” and the ‘CEO’ of the company was named Mrs. Juanita Bettger..
The site that came up when I googled it, http://www.tm.net.my
seems like it is an internet/multimedia service provider…
Oh, one more thing I forgot, the email address that shows up in the ‘to’ field when you reply is “maxresponse07@hotmail.com”…
