Vishing or Voice Phishing invaiding VOIP
Fraudsters have developed yet another approach in voice phishing. This one uses voice over internet protocol(VOIP). Typically an incoming recorded telephone message displaying a spoofed caller ID matching whichever financial institution chosen. The message will prompt the recipient to call another spoofed telephone number answered by a recording asking for your card number and PIN.
